KL Rahul - The Present & The Future Of Indian Cricket
It was the 2012-13 domestic season where a batsman from Karnataka scored the highest number of runs in the domestic season and showed the world what he was capable of. Yes, it was KL Rahul. 1 year later in 2014, at the big stage of Boxing-day test at Melbourne Cricket ground, he made his debut which he surely would have wanted to forget as he got out by playing very weird shots in both the innings. But in the very next game, he scored a brilliant ton at the Sydney cricket ground and showed the world that he belonged to the international cricket. He also converted his first 3 test fifties into hundreds. 2 years later in 2016, he made his ODI and T-20I debut against Zimbabwe and West Indies respectively scoring centuries on both the occasions. Also in the same year he played for RCB in the IPL and scored 397 runs in that season.
