What will be India's Test & T-20I team if two Indian teams have to play on the same day?

Playing two international matches on the same day and that too at different venues! Yes, I am not joking at all!

BCCI has announced that as soon as the cricket will resume, one Indian team will play a T20I game where as one Indian team will play test cricket at the same time with two different opponents in two different parts of the world. It really seems interesting but it will not be easy for those players who play both the formats. Also it won't be easy for selectors either.

So for the same situation mentioned above, I have tried to pick both the teams keeping in mind that both the teams are balanced and can win in any situation.

  • I have picked R. Sharma & V. Kohli in test team because I have good players to replace them in T-20I cricket.
  • I have picked 5 bowlers in test team since you have to pick 20 wickets in a test match to win a game and also I believe Jadeja at no. 7 is too good with Ashwin at No. 8.
  • T-20I team is perfectly balanced as I have got 6 proper bowling options with batting depth as well.


I believe these 2 teams can give competition to any team, anywhere across the globe and can win the game from any situation.

    Actually your points are valid. But, I feel the top 3 are fragile. I'm not complaining about Kl Rahul's powress but it's better to have an EQUALLY experienced side.
    You can play KL as a keeper and you can bring in Manish Pandey in DK's place.

    Players like Priyank Panchal or Shubman Gill can be suitable candidates.
